HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Once an order ships, we cannot change the delivery address. If your order has not shipped, please reach out to us by filling out the form on our Contact Us page to verify if it can be changed.
MINT BLISS DECOR is not responsible for lost packages due to insuffieienct addresses entered during checkout.
DO YOU OFFER TRADE PRICING?
Yes, we do. Please fill out our trade account application. The link is at the bottom of our website under 'BRAND'. Once submitted, one of our reps will review it and an email with further steps will be sent to you to complete registration.

WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?
Our current lead times have been extended to 8-10 days on most of our products. Lead time includes processing and shipping time. For more information on shipping and delivery times, please visit our Shipping page.
Custom lighting will have an extended lead time. Contact us for more information on custom items.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All orders are eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unused and it's original box with all parts included in order to receive a refund. Exchanges also must be completed within 30 days.
All refunds will go back to the ORIGINAL form of payment unless the customer prefers a store credit.
