Once an order has been placed and shipped, we cannot change the address of the order. Please verify that all information is correct before processing the order. Mint Bliss Decor is not held responsible for non delivery due to insufficient addresses.

Please note: Although orders typically arrive sooner than time shown, shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delivery times are subject to change due to weather, holidays and other external factors. This does not include processing time. Every order has a 3-5 business day processing time.

We are not responsible for any lost orders stolen from front steps. Please include in the notes during checkout if you need signature confirmation.

If you have any issues with your order not being delivered even if the tracking shows it has been delivered, please contact the carrier directly for exact updates and to file a claim. We are not held responsible for any orders where tracking shows successful delivery to your address.
