ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND MUST INCLUDE ALL PEICES IN THE PACKAGE OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

START AN ONLINE RETURN:

Please have your order number and the email used to place the order ready. Pack your item(s) safely and neatly in the original packaging with all pieces included. All return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will automatically be deducted from the refund.

  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance Items
  • Items already assembled 
  • Items marked "Non-returnable" on product page

Most items are eligible for returns or exchanges if processed within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit. If you choose to return for store credit, you will not be charged a return shipping fee. If you fail to follow the instructions for the return, or send back a used item not in original conditions, you will not receive a refund. 

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN OF ITEMS:

  • No Scratches 
  • Original packaging with all pieces
  • No marks or folds
  • Within 30 days of delivery

If you fail to comply with the return requirements, you will not receive a refund. All products must arrive in mint condition as received. We will have images on file if your return fails to meet requirements. All return shipping fees are non-refundable.
